I just like the way they used you . And they give salary in lockdown after in unlocking they can not supporting how much it required .

Personally I dislike so many things like canteen , work environment , growth in salary or all other .

I like the best thing in Bhavani industries, I learn about gears and all quality measuring instruments and gauges, processes, documentation with the help of senior coligues. If training is require then they arrange the training for us. It will give me a best chance to growth in future.

Job security is good in bhavani industries but salary scale is vry down you can't stay more years . If you want to go for learning then best company for who want to start thair career.

Career opportunities and development is still need improvement. Also Bhavani has to improve learning and training and also focus on skill development of employees.
