Nothing every aspect of working for this company is a red flag. And I would suggest anyone applying or planning to join this company, should look elsewhere.

... worst, you won’t feel like using it again if you have used it once. The food is pretty much aw-ful too yet they deduct a steep amount for the food from the salary. The mess is in a totally bad condition, the basins are not cleaned the tables are not cleaned. Even the fans don’t work there, not enough fans either. You basically eat your swe-at with your food. The company doesn’t value or have any inclination that there even exist something called employee satisfaction. There is no work culture or any work ethics. The company runs like a pe-tty contractor and doesn’t have any managerial aspects ingrained in it. The management people are basically a bunch of thu-gs dealing in modern day sla-very. Their business is not construction, there business is slav-ery. And violates every labour laws and codes present in our country, and some more. There are no holidays and off days you work for 13 hours or more 7 days a week throughout the year. It’s a crim-inal organisation and not a construction company ! Also they pay your salary with a lag of one month and sometimes salary comes in the 3rd week of the month. Hope I am able to give a clear picture of what it is ! Don’t mind the hyphens in between, without them I was not able to give the review !

Work cultures and company's leave police is good. Job may be quite secure and Management is politely experienced about how to got work from employees.

Salary is quite low as compared to other same levels company and time of working is strict.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...ng time minimum working Hours 12 and some times 15 hours but no extra money for overduty you have a fixed salary but there is no fixed time for duty
