Nothing every aspect of working for this company is a red flag. And I would suggest anyone applying or planning to join this company, should look elsewhere.

Dislikes

Everything, the company is the worst of the lot. It was a blunder to join this totally use-less, worth-less, penni-less company. It’s a sham organisation in the name of a company profiting on the hard work and toils of its workers and staff yet the remuneration is like pocket change. Neither do they pay overtime to its staff. The working hours are 13 hours a days and sometimes people in site execution have to do 18 hours a day too. It’s like bon-ded labour and the staff are pretty much treated as sla-ves. The site manager is also worst at the current site no ethics and manners at all. Not a management material at all. Doesn’t even know all the technical stuff either. So he is technically and managerially pretty much zero and a novice, a completely un-cultured and abu-sing and frust-rated and path-etic guy. The conveyance facility is also worth-less. The bus doesn’t have any air conditioning, not even fans, also in a totally dilapi-dated condition and not cleaned by the company. Also there have been time when the bus is not available and the staff has to pack themselves into vehicles more than it’s capacity like a he-rd. The accommodation and the mess facilitates are also pretty much dis-gusting. The rooms are like cav-es and in a really bad condition. No air conditioning is present. No attached bathroom, no cupboards nothing ! Just a single bed and that too not in a good condition. The bath-rooms are the worst, you won’t feel like using it again if you have used it once. The food is pretty much aw-ful too yet they deduct a steep amount for the food from the salary. The mess is in a totally bad condition, the basins are not cleaned the tables are not cleaned. Even the fans don’t work there, not enough fans either. You basically eat your swe-at with your food. The company doesn’t value or have any inclination that there even exist something called employee satisfaction. There is no work culture or any work ethics. The company runs like a pe-tty contractor and doesn’t have any managerial aspects ingrained in it. The management people are basically a bunch of thu-gs dealing in modern day sla-very. Their business is not construction, there business is slav-ery. And violates every labour laws and codes present in our country, and some more. There are no holidays and off days you work for 13 hours or more 7 days a week throughout the year. It’s a crim-inal organisation and not a construction company ! Also they pay your salary with a lag of one month and sometimes salary comes in the 3rd week of the month. Hope I am able to give a clear picture of what it is !
