Likes

The tuning and give & take amongst the employees is really good. Also, the incentives given to some section of employees is good.

Dislikes

The top management creates terrible pressure and also uses abusive language on staff. The normal timing is 10-8 i.e. 10 hours of daily working (Mon to Sat), which makes the work life balance terrible.
