Likes

The Founders are very nice and decent human beings with great respect for everyone. The security for women employees is paramount and there is a very safe environment. Flexibility and humane approach is great. The top management has its heart in place. Great people to work with and learn from. The technical staff is at par in terms of technical knowledge with the best in the world.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No discipline, punctuality, disdain for everyone's time and knowledge. No will to upskill or take advantage of all the free opportunities given by the organization. Major groupism. Not willing to allow professionals to come in, stay put and take the organization to the next level. Change is neither welcome nor appreciated.
