...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good experience and good working culture . Can learn new things from colleagues , plant head and from client side also very supportive and share good technical knowledge to each and every employee.

Going to highly competitive bidding with very narrow margins, unable to get profits, H.O. team is to strengthen OR Else H.O. support to sites not upto required need. Weakening Intimacy between Employer & Employees.

As per our Experience oil& gas contractual more than 20 years, salary is less as compare other company

Its all abt the lack of planing guidance and its play major role in construction field. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day
