When I worked the Top Executive was good personality, who the one who brought the Brand Bhaskar Denim to a level , which is enjoyed by others without their efforts. At present the Top Executive shifted over to other Competitor due to differences with Management .

Dislikes

After Top Executive left the company, the Management struggling to keep up the brand Bhaskar but it could have not succeed. And the Management does not know the success mantra in uplifting the Brand Bhaskar.

My overall experience with textile is not very good but its quit average staff and management were not very supportive but they are helping in nature and environment and culture is better for work but not can't move with" job security "

There is a lot of politics and management should look out their bottom level employees and workers job satisfaction should try to make changes in remuneration policy
