I Started my journey in Bhartipay 2018 as a sales manager that time company is very small only 12 to 15 employees are working and I always given the best performance continue in 2021. One day I received the mail by Vice President Miss. Neeta Kapoor, Divakar you are faired then I have ask but why she told me it's a management call not my personal discussion, then Neeta Kapoor told me I help you personally for realising your insentive and salary then I asked again why I am faired then she told me if you continue ask same question then company not released your salary and insentive. This is Culture of the company.

Team this not my bad experience in Bhartipay you can ask to any old employees I hope everyone share it bad experience. I work in my career 5 company but bad experience only in Bhartipay. Now I don't know the culture and management working take good discussion or not.
