Some time reportong managers not tell acheivements of his/her reportees. Teportimg manager not doing his workhe is delegate his work to reportee. I would suggest allow to submit or cc all type of reports/performance a least one level senior person

Booss culture Mostly people don't know even basics of Development sector No growth (my colleagues working cluster Coordinator Since 2011) No learnings

..., you family life is respected till you are able to meet targets. Job is secure. Salary payments are very regular, many other benefits are also provided.

Dislikes

Increments was not as good as they should be, salary gaps with level is are very high. Your up level will be getting 50-80% more then you.

Good work in this environment for education sector in social areas the childrens free of cost provided education primary and per primary level.

In this foundation very more good opportunity provided many transport PF fund growth salary and in fabric time according to working and good business for education sector.

Bharti Foundation is a good company and those working in it get a good off opportunity and also enjoying.The management here is good and the team work is also good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also very less here and career growth is also less.
