Job security is bad. Salary will be hold for no reason and HR is worst in support. HR will not even update proper reason for salary hold. And no proper customer base. Bad business field credit.

Internal Politics, No recognition for hardwork, No co ordination, Manager shouting in front of everyone with no reason. Work atmosphere very poor, Colleagues not having knowledge and maturity levels. It's like a government office. For no reason manager told me to resign. Giving importance only to senior employees. No importance for Managerial position and down people think they are the boss and showing attitude. There are many but no more words to explain.

Environment Security Amazing Financial Stability after max 6 months and obviously if u r good in your work.

...t least 3 to 6 months to achieve a stable secure financial life and career. If u r searching a job hust to pay your own expenses and have yur money become independent and a good start to career then this is best one and then u should obviously join this company

Salary comes on fixed date.

There is a favoritism which holds your growth. Senior Leadership quality is not good. Work Life Balance is really horrible for IT department employees, specially for not favorite employees.

1) Terrible Manager 2) Terrible work life balance 3)The work is too much for such a minimal salary. The company does not even provide with assured allowances making different excuses. 4) The company is trying to make maximum profit and spending millions in marketing while its service is poor and employees are unsatisfied.
