Too much shuffle had done in my territory in last year, which has effected my performance very badly.

feel good and proud to be with the brand bharti with complete job security. only with the expectation of career growth, more salary hike for the deserving people, a bit travelling. office politics diminishing the entire derserving staff, and promoting the unskilled full people with out any performance. innovation needs to be done little more and have scope for fantastic work life balance.

... a married women so they gave you less apperical as compare male team member ...one more thing there were no job security they can fire you on one day notice with so call cost cutting

Job security is bad. Salary will be hold for no reason and HR is worst in support. HR will not even update proper reason for salary hold. And no proper customer base. Bad business field credit.
