Good work environment and culture. Appraisal are fare and they give good salary hike. The job is quite interesting and I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session i learnt eyerything on job i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same session. And i enjoy alot my work tenor.

This is not a company by worklife owner of this company don't have any ethical values and no respect for female employees he abuse them and even use very bad words for them and he cut all salary of employees in unethical way
