Actual results won’t matter, mid-senior management would collude against you if you call out the incompetent people thriving in the system. Also, these incompetent people would be promoted out of turns, just because of the smoke breaks with the manager and being the yes men

They are the pay masters for the good performing people’s , good growth will be given subject to you should be mobile to accept the role where ever it comes. Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.

Work culture is worst, that's why company is hiring all the time, Hr's are not supportive not even ZSM's No work timings. In summer's they tell to start your day at 5 am
