Also, these incompetent people would be promoted out of turns, just because of the smoke breaks with the manager and being the yes men

Not much to learn as a trainer You work more as a sales person rather than trainer Management will ask you to do work of zonal manager, store manager as well as sales executive for you to earn appraisal. Work life balance seems to be going for a toss Learning curve is flat for a while
