No any good benefits or promotions or good increments for employees and no employees motivational functions no incentives no gifts nothing do work 10-12hrs some times on month ends 14hrs and get paid less salary and go home

Not much to learn as a trainer You work more as a sales person rather than trainer Management will ask you to do work of zonal manager, store manager as well as sales executive for you to earn appraisal. Work life balance seems to be going for a toss Learning curve is flat for a while
