Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.i have to work 14-18 hurs straight in a day as i have to attend cilent calls in the evening and daily late into the night.boss do not value and he talk about very bad its i dont accept

Very good work experience at Bharti Airtel. We have worked as a team and I like that All bosses have supported to me to all critical condition and they have arranged training every month for me. I have learned worked together and how to support to the employee.

Dislikes

...percent job security because if their have no needed they can terminated to us. Career and Salary growth is very poor. Work environment is very bad because term and condition not maintain.

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.
