Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

Dislikes

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly

Company Culture is one of the worst culture I have ever seen in a company this size. If you want your mental stability please look at your options if possible.To anyone I care about would never suggest to work at Airtel. They made me realise that company culture is also a important factor when choosing the company, earlier I didn’t care about it much because I work hard anyway but now I understand the importance of good company culture thanks to Airtel.

Good policies and benefits apart from salary. Fast paced and good learning curve. Talented peers, no micromanagement.

Dislikes

Lack of clarity on product, PMs not clear about requirement itself. Work life balance is not good. Inter team communication is terrible.

Very rich in terms of opportunities , decent compensation structure , nice airtel facilities to employees , .

Dislikes

High work pressure , Bad management of tasks and workforce . Less input on problem solving architecture by upper engineering guys, bit of politics is also here .

Managers only looking for their promotion Management is not good no interaction with HR Management are not believable they announced something but not done by them Not Employee centric
