There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

Work life balance is not good,day starts at 8 and there is no out time. They told we are 5 days working organization but we have to work on all 6 days. No incentive plan.
