Work life balance is not good,day starts at 8 and there is no out time. They told we are 5 days working organization but we have to work on all 6 days. No incentive plan.

Culture, job security and environment is very poor, huge politics, no value of hard worker, they just need chapluse kind of people. No one to listen If you are new, no matter what everyone is there to push you down.

... is that I work from 7:00 in the morning till 8:30 in the night and after that..When I resigned, without any discussion or information, I was marked leave without pay for two months.I sent many mails, but did not get any reply on any mail and no one was ready to talk to me in senior management.

Company salary process is very good, also incentive parts

Some managers have just messed up the whole system. There is 0 HR policies. HR is worst person. In my 7 years of experience, I have not seen such a bad HR. If your raised your voice for something wrong you will kicked out from the system. work will start from 6 am morning until your daily target will not happen. After join this company now you will have no time for family. You will treat like just promotor.

All is ok, But this organization all senior employe not help to Junior employe. All times senior employs have worked politics minded work with Junior employe. Any time heavy work loaded to junior employe. If you asked to senior how is possible Sir, senior employe tell if you don't achieve this work so you can be exist the system.But he don't guide how to complete this work. This type of work here. Any query asked to HR he anytime tell, please wait some time i am asking your senior then i will confirmed you.
