1. Worst U-NOC centre in India ( how about waiting on a call for 2 to 3 hours just to start one activity and same to close it) 2. Under kerala circle, literally there is 2 days off but reality is working round the clock 7 days a week, and if you want a leave , you want to take it from your annual 30 days general leave. 3. Company is not utilising you but extracting each and every drop of you.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

Raja aur unke das kind of system. Pintu sing HDO Circle Head is just a scrap. He can ask you to join a zoom call at 12 midnight and will start shouting without thinking you are sleeping with your family.

Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

Dislikes

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly
