Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

As per the company policies we didn't received bonus i.e., 50,000 INR after completing 1 year working with this organization. During this pandemic time as second wave of COVID-19 is hitting our country and company is giving us a pressure to go in the market which is highly risky for our health and life as well.

They are hire new candidates and they are offering a huge salary to them however old candidates are working on old payroll and on the other hand new candidate getting a huge payroll this is the only difference old staff facing lot of issue related to their salary and their growth I am not against new staff my question is only why old staff are not eligible to get hike in their salary very disappointed from AIRTEL
