Good pay . team is often helpful . no concern of leaves , u can easily get leaves here . tech stack you will work on will be new and exciting , not much legacy code to work on. a lot of new development is in planning stage , so if you are looking to learn , this could be you place ! Airtel has some brilliant minds , if you are lucky , you will get to work and learn with them .

well, dislikes usually vary team to team and manager to manager but here are mine - weekends often occupied with work due to unrealistic deadlines(given by managers to show off). office politics . too many dependencies on various teams , takes time to get resolved and work gets delayed. there are employees who are always preferred over others because of their relationship and licking of mangers (in terms of quality work and appraisal ). Going to office is tedious , since you will be travelling to Gurgaon.

...omen, I personally felt s exual harassment during office premises by my manager. When ever I went for my salary hike and promotion I get to offer to s/eep with.

There are lot of disliking Not a safe place for women No work life balance No job security No promotion No increments

Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

Dislikes

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly

On time salary, work life balance is fine, salary they offer initially is good

Dislikes

Hikes are terrible, management is filled with old and clueless people who just spend time discussing useless topics. Too much gossip and politics in the organisation
