Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

..., un-necassary work pressure, extended hours of working, weekend working, no KT provided to new joinees No benefits other than compensation, No Diwali gift WFO made unofficially compulsory in some teams, although it is hybrid Seniors don't understand your problems, they just want you to work for company 24X7 No planned release cycle Everything is high priority and needs to be delivered asap No process is followed No or very less hike is given in appraisals

Good pay . team is often helpful . no concern of leaves , u can easily get leaves here . tech stack you will work on will be new and exciting , not much legacy code to work on. a lot of new development is in planning stage , so if you are looking to learn , this could be you place ! Airtel has some brilliant minds , if you are lucky , you will get to work and learn with them .

well, dislikes usually vary team to team and manager to manager but here are mine - weekends often occupied with work due to unrealistic deadlines(given by managers to show off). office politics . too many dependencies on various teams , takes time to get resolved and work gets delayed. there are employees who are always preferred over others because of their relationship and licking of mangers (in terms of quality work and appraisal ). Going to office is tedious , since you will be travelling to Gurgaon.

Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly
