...nt and culture here. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair and they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

•They are taking 12 hr duty from us for same salary •we are not getting EPF properly •no increaments and promotions are taken till now •they are asking to do work from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm •we are getting weekly off but not not getting any government holydays and no incentives for that holiday time works

Here we can learn a lots of things ,working in airtel just like as we are learning in school and collage life .there is so much vendor equipment on which you can hands-on .

Salary not match with work done by employee.airtel employee package are not so good ..
