Earlier it was really good,we and our team mates loved to worked but after some new persons got higher positions and all then work culture got worst.

Lots of work pressure with less salary and higher management doesn't bother about position growth and increament.No one care till what time you work and since 2 year I was being said that you will surely get next level position,which I never got and understood the politics.So I decided to seek better opportunities in other organization which I got.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel
