No work life balance Teams don't have wider vision Still stuck on older ways of doing things Managers focuses on new shiny tech and features just to showcase to upper leadership rather than actually caring about the product.

...o learn a lot in the company and good sallery offer make future in this company. Airtel broadband provide good package and higher internet speed

I think,Installer team should not be allowed to sell broadband Because it demoralizes the sales executivea and all sales executive feels uncomfortable.

No any good benefits or promotions or good increments for employees and no employees motivational functions no incentives no gifts nothing do work 10-12hrs some times on month ends 14hrs and get paid less salary and go home

No employees care Ness they need only work has to happen, no bother about employees needs good salary promotions

it was Nice job that gave me apportunity to hadle customer by face to face.that make increament in my confidance to resolve customer issues and educate customer about technical knowledge

They are only focus productivity and no benefits. They are not maintain working time, highly pressure, no job security and not a enough salary , no freedom

salary is very low but incentive is good if you complete your Target.

There is no work culture, zero skill development, you have to be on filed from 8AM to night technical support is very pathetic there is no any promotion .
