Work life balance is not good,day starts at 8 and there is no out time.
They told we are 5 days working organization but we have to work on all 6 days.
No incentive plan.
Culture, job security and environment is very poor, huge politics, no value of hard worker, they just need chapluse kind of people.
No one to listen If you are new, no matter what everyone is there to push you down.
