... and supportive role in senior,colleagues. it's better than to other experience.Salary and other expenses released on time.it's a good selection for career.i gain more learning during job which is helpful in my progressive career. It was a great time with Airtel. Good HR polices, Highly target oriented, Focus on revenue and market shares, Very competitive and stressful. Except pay scale,rest all good.

Bharti is a good company to work with...it offers good areas to work into...it is like an ocean where one can dive into for excellence.......team in bharti is also good.... people are very supportive.....

...i didnt like was the work and life balance.... it has poor work life balance....and pay according to dat is not at par

...omote performers to higher roles rather than picking people from competitors. Also decent annual appraisals and excellent variable pay (quarterly ) must be mentioned. Work life balance you can never expect at telecom company ( lol) Still employees are personally taken care internally .

Frequent con calls ., micro management ., Frequent market visits by management and unpleasant reviews were somethings that I hated there but these are in evitable . Heard from my ex colleagues that these are corrected nowadays ..

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.
