Resilient innovation BHARAT PE as a Tsm not a job security , all tsm as a freelancer , not a salary base target base only but good work amd good culture , teammates are supportive , Company policy is not good , All employee i hope company roll , not interested freelancer job

Company just not given salary to TSM and fos, we don't think company policy does not look good, This company till we are on company roll is something this company me grovth nhi ho sakta hai No bonds of the company to leave the job This is not the case with policy.

Company trying to maintain work life balance and good atmosphere but down the line in reality we can find favoritism, toxic colleagues, toxic environment

Toxic colleagues, toxic bosses, toxic culture, very less pay compared to other companies for the same designation no value for experience

Bharat pe give extra incentive in comparison of other company but not giving salary and her incentive not fixed because it's every month do change by bharat pe company

You will not get any support from anyone and your salary is shown as one such expense here Whatever salary is given to field sales executive and territory manager, it is absolutely hide and there is no benefit Neither you will get salary slip nor you will get offer letter and if you ask for answer then you will be told. You haven't done any work here. You were never our employee, never join, even if you want to keep jobless it's totally fraud
