Supporting staff and good trainer and quality checker is very good Salary timing is ok In brief everything is good inspite manager

The work pressure is high manager was not listening to anyone if u dont sell a product then u have to sit till 9 pm that was not fair

Salary time should be credited on Every Month 31st night...its seems to like a Govt employee salary timings ..it's a Good Review for the Company

Work life balance, Work satisfaction, Zero growth for future, Salary always below line, 2-3% Increment yearly when you are getting lowest in the slab otherwise zero increment, Zero response for upper level management.
