I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Work culture is not bad. But HR and Team Leads don't have co ordination. Sales pressure is obvious, but medical conditions not considered for assessment of performance. Leave policy needs more improvement.

Bharat matrimony is an excellent company, time to time work ,no extra time work and salary like government correctly will be given at 30th or 31st for next month. I worked as Tele marketing executive for 3 months and I got my settlement as soon as possible correctly .In many other companies ,you have to roam for settlement here and their. There are very good senior staff and HR is HR their, in other few companies HR will be for name sake.Bharat matrimony follow the rules correctly.Thank you matrimony.
