Here is an less chance of growth & less salary but no appraisal before 1 year. But if increament is been done in March end also will get your hike in the month of July's salary

Salary date is end of Month like 30th or 31st they are not giving promotion as i worked with matrimony for 9 years

They are not increase your salary as per market & they are not giving promotion when you are doing good or bad
