Work life balance, Work satisfaction, Zero growth for future, Salary always below line, 2-3% Increment yearly when you are getting lowest in the slab otherwise zero increment, Zero response for upper level management.

In here working culture is good and somehow everyone has a different processes but looks like same process every one does

Here is an less chance of growth & less salary but no appraisal before 1 year. But if increament is been done in March end also will get your hike in the month of July's salary
