As working in the Bharati , I have good team mates who are always focused towards result oriented work. I got training regarding Design software also I cleared ISO 9001-2015 QMS internal auditor course from Bharati. There is no politics in between employee. In Bharati there is very good work environment.

In Bharati Salary which get is less as compare to other limited companies.

...environment but less opportunities for those who are not from marine field......a bit issue of salary as there is a gap of almost 6 months in salary.....

This company is second largest ship building company in India. I am working in accounts and finance department. I got lot of experience while working specialy in banking works and as well as accounts works in tally. I am very grateful to a part of a team of the company which help to growth of company.

I am happy to work with this company. I love to work. there was good work environment also .Every thing was good. So there is no question of dislike about working.
