Salary is not paid on time Expenses are not paid on time. It feels like you are paying for the company and company is not paying you.If you join here expecting any salary then you are wrong. They feel as if they are giving you donation after giving half of your salary. They make you to travel around 100 kms a day and work for 12+ hrs if you leave your place at morning 7 then you will come back at around nyt 10. No leaves are given on festivals while they enjoy their festivals. You will die of hunger if you relocate from other state. IF YOU ARE HIRED AS SERVICE ENGINEER then your life will be no less a hell, you will be nothing but a mechanic. They make you to clean their machines and grease your hands in large corporate offices.They will find reasons to hold your salary and not pay you.Join this company only if you have money and time to waste.

I had a terrible experience with Bharati robotics systems. They cheated me out of my rightful salary for the notice period, which is a serious breach of trust. Additionally, the company produces faulty products and pressures employees to repair them. this is a clear indication of a lack of quality control and a culture of deception. Do not work with bharati robotics if you value your hard earned money and want to work in a honest and transparent environment

...culture is extremely difficult. Descision making of the management is very poor. The most important of all , you will definitely be not paid your due salary, if the salary is paid then the allowances will be kept on hold. If you want to work at a so called robotics startup in which you are literally not adding any value to the clients life and then are willing to leave your family and work for half of the amount that they mention on the offer letter, then definitely go ahead.

...essure but couligues are supportive and helpful. I got to learn a lot of things. It's a startup, so poor salary and worst work life balance but have lots of opportunities.

Low salary. Lots of work time and terrible work life balance. They also use your personal money some time for a company stuff. And they doesn't pay you always in return for that.

I like to work in new technology as this company works in robotics but here management is ZERO , TL is not like TL, hr is also not able to do anything, all things handled by single person who is manager. He just hired person and after their 2-3 months get completed he forced to leave and not pay salary of working months. Only 2-3 employees they made them permanent rest he hired and fired. I have worked in 2-3 startups but this is worst company I have ever worked with.

They never give salary on time, employees always have to ask about salary and they just give reasons. Mostly they hire interns so they can treat them badly and fire them without paying salary. Even during my maternity period they fired me without giving any notice or information after completing 8 months of working. And not paid salary of 2 working months. So, now anyone can understand about company. They don't even bothered about employees health as they even asked me to work during covid. They did not even care about my medical records. BRS foced employee to sit continuously for 12 hrs and 6 days a week. They never treat me like a female employee and always avoid my personal problems and make fun of my superstition.
