Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Bharathi cement is also MNC company good working calture is following friendly work place also .but hearer not having any job security for offrole employees . Even the experience of 3 to 4 years also they are not considered for onrole or permanent job ...

No proper work location. Offer letter place of posting is just for formal, after return from Hyderabad regional head & zonal head discussion is everything. Often transfer of work location. False commitment to dealers from manager & zonal head put sales person in trouble. Branch head position is simply waste in bharathi cement.
