When it comes to responsibilities then you are a full fledged officer however when it comes to salary then a security guard of the same office where u work will get more salary than you. They manipulate you by calling you an officer and drain most of the energy and skills for less salary and treat you like a contract labor in terms of perks. In short, they are looking for drivers with an engineering or graduate degree. It is good for graduates but not for engineers. If you are an engineer prepare for same PSU or GATE dont waste your precious time and life for it. Once you get stuck, it will be very difficult to prepare for some other exams.

Good Work Environment and culture, during lockdown no salary cutsut, and maintain all norms For Fight the Pandemic, office supply enough materials for individual and family too.. Roster duty and compensatory off duty... Excellent .

Management is good but their decision is not good Policy vary man to man Poor promotional Policy Very few people totally controlling the management No value for potential staff or good staff or reliable staff Only value a qualified degree-holder staff rather than they have poor knowledge and working ability There is so many politics Only valued those staff who are buttering the management and showing their importance in front management but actually they are not deserved for any benefits. Bad working environment for good staff Management always demotivated their good staff Bad incremental Policy Maximum benefits are availing some staff but they have no potential to avail the benefits Company is good but company's surroundings are not good

Work culture is not good. Bcs some people are creates the problem in operations and talking level is so poor with Shift managers and Shift coordinators. Just like a Fish market. They doesn't response timely and do not strictly actions by management on these people's who creates the problem.

No strictly actions By management. Please implement soon as possible. If someone is doing wrong in operations do punish timely.

No stability and growth options, not the job for ENGINEERS. Only drivers are required but hiring for BE engineers.
