...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.

Timely Salary , nothing else is good. Working here was a nightmare.

Dislikes

Everything, specially culture, ethics, morality. Most garbage uncultured management . No one want to stick with this organisation. Specially be aware of Mr. Sujay Das Biswas , who is a 2nd line manager or ZBM , he taunting and attack personally. He don't deserve to be a chaprasi. So, if you are planning to join avoid or if you are in the organisation search other company.

Nothing to like, less salary, bad culture, there is no concept of Hierarchy, marketing managers interfere in sales dept they calls to RBM n TBM for sales, Company has hired some marketing manager from shit cultures like cadi*** pharma

...for work, working environment and culture is also good teammates are supportive. Good management appraisals are fair and they give healthy salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Only the products shortage many time happens as per target products are not available many times. Also due to structural changes and another company takeover Bharat Serums due to that they cut short field staff from entire India without giving any reason. But after that also love Bharat Serums And Vaccines Ltd. Because company provide me great time of 5year for work.

Salary of officer to sr .executive whome experience is more but salary is less than freshers employee. Salary should be revise
