There is no rational in salary at sme level for same job profile, someone is paid very high and other is having very low salary at same level. However sometimes company might have certain limitations also on their part for not doing rationalization.

Salary of officer to sr .executive whome experience is more but salary is less than freshers employee. Salary should be revise

...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.

Timely Salary , nothing else is good. Working here was a nightmare.

Everything, specially culture, ethics, morality. Most garbage uncultured management . No one want to stick with this organisation. Specially be aware of Mr. Sujay Das Biswas , who is a 2nd line manager or ZBM , he taunting and attack personally. He don't deserve to be a chaprasi. So, if you are planning to join avoid or if you are in the organisation search other company.
