Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. No timely promotions and no pay revisions. Owner(GOI) is not interested in this organisation. Top management takes decisions for their monetary benefits (corruption). Other employees take the effect due to losses. Company in losses due to GM and above level staff, who are deputed from GOI, and will not be effected because of their decisions. All other staff will not be given salary hikes saying complany is in losses.

The work of pushing BSNL into the grave is done by ITS officers.They do not have any accountability as in Corporate where there is productivity based salary.They should not be provided any car facility which is fully misused by their family members.
