Dislikes

No timely promotions and no pay revisions. Owner(GOI) is not interested in this organisation. Top management takes decisions for their monetary benefits (corruption). Other employees take the effect due to losses. Company in losses due to GM and above level staff, who are deputed from GOI, and will not be effected because of their decisions. All other staff will not be given salary hikes saying complany is in losses.

As we know its a central govt organization and all their employees enjoy all perks and bonus whereas we just get a limited and pre decided salary.
