Very misbehaved director. No job security. No benefit given to the employee.No work life balance. They treat there employees as labor. Ad-hoc responsibility that have no relationship with experience or education are frequently given to all employees during their service period. Employees are fired if they oppose these responsibilities. No respect for higher education. The director is at the core of all these policies and he implements it by his whims and fancies. Either u have work like a donkey with no personal opinion or u have to quit the job ..only these two options are available over there. There is no privileged leaves and the salaries are deducted if u are absent on any day ...there are no maternity leaves..they take resignation if the lady get pregnant. Although there are no paid leaves even then they scold u for any planed leaves
