There is no job security. No promotion or appraisal. After apprenticeship they are ready to offer me a job but with less salary and contract basis not permanent.

No work life Balance. Boss is always right. You will be given 4-5 responsibilities other than what you're supposed to do with no prior training and you'll be held accountable for everything. For more than 4 years I worked 15 days straight with Alternate Sundays as holidays.

This company gives a pretty well salary (up to mid level senior management position) with respect to other companies along with medical benefits, overtime payment, insurance, other perks and allowance. Also, job security is very good. Leaves permitted depends whether in operation or in marketing.

Dislikes

...istribution is improper and reverse pyramid structure for manpower hierarchy. 4. Salary hike is merely 3%, but workload increases rapidly once you reach mid level management category. 5. Mundane repetitive tasks and unwanted unnecessary paper works. 6. Adopting outdated promotion policy 7. Company's safety culture is different from what is portrayed outside. Top management forces low level management to execute risky jobs violating all standard safety norms whenever needed, but in case anything goes wrong they penalize strongly only that person who executes as per instruction. But nothing happens to decision maker or enforcing top manager. They can follow unethical ways to any extent to avoid lost time accidents (LTA) to avoid penalty from insurance companies.
