Lack of management, I received my pending salary and my pending dues after 6 months of my resignation from this company. They don't reply of your calls and emails after your resignation. Mr. Manoj (Store Manager) he doesn't know about his work. He also registered all those parts in my name which calls were not even attended by me. And they never even make you remind.They tell you about pending parts when you leave the company. Mr. Suresh (Service Manager) he just knows how to mislead you, who never gives you the right information. Company's HR dept. never attend your phone calls and they never reply your emails. I have sent them 5 reminders on email regarding my full and final settlement. Company's HR dept. never attend your phone calls and they never reply your emails. And then I got a reply from Mr. Suresh. And after of that reminder I received my pending salary, conveyance and all dues. I request you to please never ever join this company (Bharat IT Services Ltd.)

...cond and fourth Saturday is off but not for Engineers only for managerial level.Also this company sacks employees at Engineers level if their salary increase more tham30k.Recently on 27th July 2018 company sacked 370 employee at Pan Indial level.I also became the victim of this.

...e opportunity to work at Bharat IT Services and the experience I've gained here. However, the salary is quite low compared to the workload, and unfortunately, there are no bonuses or additional incentives. Despite handling a lot of responsibilities, the compensation doesn't feel adequate.

...s. He has 2 monkeys namely RVS Minhas and Lalit Jha. They're real time cheaters. You will not paid on time, you will not get your pay slips, they deduct more money from your salary and finally, they will never give settlement to their employees. Do not waste your time with these idiots.
