People and management is very cooperative. They have Suppported initially to infected persons but unfortunately not that serious while operating office.

Future planning is not that well versed. It should be transparent also so that Company and ppl can align.

Great Culture has being Maintained by Owners. Job security is good and time appraisal is being conducted. Company is in transition phase from core commercial sale base to market development (extension oriented) base. Company has started penetrating to field level and reach the end customer for demand generation.
