Worked as a team, Need based training, being in public sector job security is not a problem, System made in such a fashion scope is there for everybody for career growth, Salary is alright, on line apprisal system through BHELMAP, Job needed extensive travel, political interference is minimum or did not affect the company environment, On the job learning extensively, Freedom of work is excellent, BHEL Corporate R&D is having the maximum number of patent, Innovation while on job led to new procedure, Since work at BHEL is demanding type, it affected personal life a bit.
