1. Highly stressful work environment. 2. Employee hard work is not valued. 3. Employees in stressful roles get one weekly off, while those in air-conditioned offices get two. 4. No job security; HR forces and threatens employees to resign. 5. Appraisals are biased. 6. Poor canteen facilities. 7. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
