Working here has been life changing. Working right under the marketing head has exposed me to great learning and increased my scope of knowledge and capabilities. She pushes my boundaries, and is a great mentor. Thanks to her, I feel my career has gotten a big boost in terms of how I plan out my tasks or manage outsourced teams.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, would appreciate more WFHs and really would want Overtime pay system to be put in place for sure.

The Marketing department is under very poor leadership. The working process and culture is flawed and unicentric making it very difficult to expand. Good intention and hard-work will not allow you good progress in the organization.

Dislikes

The work environment is really amazing but the only problem is the departmental difference as the marketing team always used to make it a point to interfere in the work and ask stupidest requirements to fulfil on urgent basis. The manager used to make sure to demean the team and keep an upper hand on everyone. She behaves as if she is the only one who does all the work in the entire company. The rudest human being ever.
