Good teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and they give good salary. Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...od but dealer not supporting their team in this situation job is not secure and they can't give us good salary hike and bonus every year there is no proper cafeteria

Management doesn't resolve our issues. Salary is lesser than minimum career growth is too slow there is a lot of politics

Independence. Salary part need to be over hauled at all level. No training as per development part of an individual. HR practises are immediate need. Attrition rate needs to be checked. Lack of motivation amongst individual.

Negativity is the biggest element, employee feels disoriented. Need severe overhauling

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressures is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
