...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...an abuse you any time any moment in front of many people on a single mistake. No job security you can get terminated any time without notice and without salary. Salary is never on time any how its good that we get in atleast. Increment is totally on owners mood if you are good in front of him you can get 100% increment

All of employee feel better in this co.because if the employee done his work honesty & seriously no one person disturb him and thay are working from long time.

At mean time some of philosopher who convinced wrong to top level & he got more salary & benefit then suitable worker.

Growing company, ambitious owner, staff internal cooperative culture, if you are doing productive work you will not feel work pressure.

Some times staff leave company due to harsh words from owners. Tentative in giving benefits to staff.
